We started interviewing Agents to help us sell our home in Cheverly, MD. in 2018. In January of 2019, we planned to attend an Open House in Cheverly, hosted by Jason Townsend and Capital Community Properties (CCP). We did not attend the Open House, due to a snowstorm. We saw that despite the inclement weather, all 3 houses that CCP was showing, sold during that snowy January weekend. We were convinced then, that CCP was actually the true "Cheverly Specialist" and we scheduled an initial meeting with Jason. Not only did CCP sell our Cheverly home, but they also found us our new home, all in a 9-month span (that was interrupted by a 2-month long medical emergency). The process was flawless.
